We manufacture and export best-in-class Bluing Furnaces, used for the surface finishing process of bluing. Bluing refers to a passivation process in which the oxide formed on the surface of carbon-steel or low-alloy parts protects them from further oxidation. The most popular bluing technique uses steam at temperatures ranging from 538C to 593C, although operating temperatures up to 600C are sometimes required.

The bluing process is carried out for tool steels and various small parts as a final manufacturing step used both for decorative and functional purposes. Our Bluing Furnaces are supplied with our in-house Steam Generators or Ammonia Crackers for the required atmosphere.

Each unit is engineered around the customers part mix and bluing recipe.
