The pusher-type design is ideal for production environments where consistent quality and high throughput are required. Material loaded on heat-resistant alloy trays is pushed through the entry, heating, soaking and cooling zones in a controlled sequence making the furnace especially suitable for hardening, annealing, carburizing and sintering.
We design the furnace for both controlled atmosphere (reducing or inert) and open-air operation, depending on the customers product and process. Reducing atmosphere is generally supplied through our own Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator or Exo Gas Generator.
