Our strand-type furnaces are engineered for high-quality continuous bright annealing of fine and thick wire alike. We are one of the few firms in the world with in-house capability to manufacture all line equipment under a single roof furnace, Ammonia Cracker, pay-off, take-up and tension control.

The furnace is built with SS 310 / Inconel alloy tubes, automatic temperature regulation within 1C, and a complete cracked-ammonia atmosphere system to deliver bright, oxide-free results. Both electric and gas-fired versions are available.

The line typically includes the wire pay-off, degreasing unit, strand annealing furnace, quench tank, take-up unit and Ammonia Cracker.
