Brief Description:

Dissociated ammonia gas is the practical, economical route to a clean reducing atmosphere where bottled hydrogen is impractical or too costly. Our Dissociated Ammonia Generators use a nickel catalyst at high temperature to dissociate NH into its hydrogen and nitrogen components.

Built with high-quality reaction retorts, nickel catalyst beds, water-cooled coolers and PSA / molecular-sieve dryers, our generators deliver capacities from 5 Nm/hr to 100+ Nm/hr with PLC / SCADA-based control and low residual NH.

Each unit is engineered around the customers furnace size and atmosphere quality target.
