We manufacture and export best-in-class Muffle Furnaces with maximum temperature ranges of 1100C, 1200C, 1300C, 1600C, 1700C and 1800C. These laboratory furnaces are widely employed in physics labs, rice labs, steel and paint industries, biotech firms and small industrial production for scientific studies. Common applications include general laboratory testing, annealing, ash determination, coal analysis, leaves carbonization and lime calcination.

We employ imported Kanthal A-1 resistive wire heating elements for muffle furnaces operating at 1100C, silicon carbide rods for those operating at 1400C, and MoSi2 (molybdenum disilicide) at 1600C and 1800C. A standard microprocessor-based PID temperature controller is fitted, with an option to upgrade to a programmable profile controller offering 30-step ramp-rate and soak-time settings.

Every muffle furnace is rugged in construction and fitted with safety devices for long, reliable operation.
