Brief Description:

We manufacture and export best-in-class Pit Pot Furnaces, used for a range of heat treatment processes hardening, nitriding, tempering, bright annealing, normalizing, carburizing, gas carburizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization. The pot is provided with steel baffles, which accommodate the charge basket and prevent the charge from being directly exposed to radiant heat. They are also essential in providing forced air circulation.

Both electric and recuperative gas-fired versions are available. Special air-recirculation fans ensure temperature uniformity and even heat distribution, while low-density high-quality insulation retains heat for longer periods.

Each pit pot furnace is engineered for the customers component size, atmosphere need and process.
