Roller Hearth Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous-type heat treatment furnace used for bright annealing and other heat treatment processes of SS tubes, pipes and similar long products.

Brief Description:

We manufacture and export best-in-class Roller Hearth Furnaces, which are widely used as continuous heat treatment systems in stainless steel, copper alloy and carbon steel pipe processing. The furnace consists of high-temperature Ni-Cr alloy rollers that transport the material through the heating zone, where it is heated to the required annealing, hardening or tempering temperature.

Small parts such as stampings can also be processed by placing them on suitable trays. The roller bearings are water-cooled to prevent damage from high temperatures, and the furnace is offered in both electrical and gas-fired versions.

For scale-free heat treatment, we also supply an Exo-Gas Generator alongside the furnace.

Q: How do I size a roller hearth furnace for SS pipes?

A: Sizing depends on pipe OD, length, throughput and target temperature. We design the heating zone length, roller spacing and atmosphere capacity accordingly.

Q: What atmosphere do you recommend for bright annealing of SS pipes?

A: Cracked ammonia is the most common atmosphere. For high-end applications, pure hydrogen via our Hydrogen Gas Generator is used.

Q: Do you provide on-site installation?

A: Yes. We offer complete on-site erection, commissioning, performance testing and operator training, along with post-warranty AMC.
